Do you have a physical store?

We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.

Can I pick up an item from your warehouse?

We unfortunately do not offer a pick up option.

How does a credit note work?

When you return an item, you will be issued with a unique code which you can use at checkout to purchase a replacement. Simply copy and paste the code in the discount code box at checkout for the credit to be applied. 

How can I track my shipment?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Australian orders can be tracked here. International orders can be tracked here (for standard) and here (for express).

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes. Saturday delivery is available for selected postcodes provided your order is placed by 2 pm AEST on Friday with Express Shipping selected at checkout. You can check if your postcode is available for this service here. Please note our postcode is 2044.


Is there a promo code for first time buyers?

Unfortunately not. However we do offer discounts on your second purchase. The discount code will be provided with your order confirmation email.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to most countries. If you have difficulty with your checkout, please contact our team at hello@meshki.com.au and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you.

Are prices in AUD?

Yes, all our prices are listed in AUD by default however we have a currency convertor at the top of the page for your convenience.


Do we offer student discounts?

We do not currently offer student discounts.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Do you accept returns on sale items?

All purchases on sale items are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged. In the unlikely event that the item is inherently faulty, you may return it to us to be assessed. If the item is found to be faulty you will be eligible for a refund. Please see our full returns policy here.


I’m unsure about sizing?

Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange or credit no questions asked! Our full returns policy is here.


Are there any additional taxes or charges when shipping outside of Australia?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Where are you based?

We are based in Sydney, Australia.


What does "Pre Order" mean & how does it work?

Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at hello@meshki.com.au if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method.


What if my order is not delivered on time?

In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship out your order within the stated delivery time, we will endeavour to ship it as soon as possible, and if this does not suit, you may request an exchange or refund. In cases which you have paid for express shipping and your order is delayed, we will happily refund your express shipping costs.


What if my purchased item doesn't fit or if I don't like it?
