  • The item is in original condition
    (I.e. tags attached & no visible signs of wear)
  • It is not a clearance sale item (for hygiene reasons).
  • It is not a bodysuit or swimwear.
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • There is NO makeup/tan marks.
  • Proof of purchase is available.

NEED TO KNOW

  • We do process refunds for items that are proven to be faulty or proven to be not as advertised. On the rare occassion that this has happened, please see our refund policy stated below.
  • Please double check our items before you post it back as we CANNOT accept returns with stains, marks, tags removed or any other visible signs of wear.
  • We do not accept clearance sale items, bodysuits or swimwear back (for hygiene reasons).
  • Your credit note will be issued via email in the form of a gift card - and this never expires.
  • Please also note, all return shipping costs need to covered by the customer (except cases where the item is proven to be faulty).
  • Should our return policy not be honoured (items are returned no in original condition, or is an item ineligible for return) The item will be send back with charges payable by the customer.

What if I get a faulty item?

If your MESHKI purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Please note, we don’t do direct exchanges!

How do I get a refund (refund policy)?

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout!

You don’t have a return portal for my country, what now?

We usually stock pieces from our latest collection in a few weeks. So definitely sign up your email to be notified of a restock, and you shouldn’t miss out the next time.

How does a credit note work & when does it expire?

For most Australian orders, next working day delivery is eligible for most metro postcodes with Express delivery. Otherwise, with regular shipping, it can take 3-10 working days depending on your location. Read more about domestic delivery>

I just want to exchange a size...

All going well, we endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order ASAP (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period).

I need to exchange the size/colour ASAP!

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
