1. DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER  (Permanent, full-time)

What will I be doing?

Some of the key responsibilities of the role includes: 

  • Refine + implement digital strategies
  • Identify opportunity areas for growth and optimization
  • Responsible for understanding the customer's experience on the website, and working cross-functionally to design the strategy and execution of initiatives that will improve the customer experience
  • Liaise with existing and new affiliates / partners to drive referring traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Increase degree of marketing automation
  • Manage the marketing budget and forecast to drive new customer growth within ROI guidelines
  • Develop strategies to increase interaction with Loyalty database and lead generation activities. (Database segmentation)
  • Develop and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Email marketing -Analysing eDM performances and optimise engagement 
  • Lead the implementation and management of MESHKI performance campaigns; paid search, display, paid social and affiliate marketing for a sub-set of markets.
  • Work closely with internal and external tech resources to build out online marketing capabilities in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns and processes
  • Ensure brand alignment + integration of the customer journey online
  • Analysing competitive markets and keeping up to date with relevant trends

2. PRODUCTION MANAGER  (Permanent, full-time)

What will I be doing?

Some of the key responsibilities of the role includes:

  • Communicating daily with overseas suppliers to ensure that all import orders are entered and followed up properly and thoroughly.
  • Provide accurate technical packs including specifications.  
  • On receipt of goods, QC, measure and comment on all proto samples, fit samples and salesman samples and ensure all products adhere to tech pack specifications.
  • Chasing suppliers and following up on all orders ensuring timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Raising, updating, receipting and costing of purchase and production orders.
  • Creating Costings, Bill Of Materials and for one of the roles - Wholesale Pricing.
  • Administrative work and Co-ordination of all import documentation involving invoicing, shipping and freight documentation.  
  • Collaborate with the directors as well as fashion design team regularly
  • Highlight any delivery issues/quality issues to relevant teams
  • Regularly identifying styles that need to be re-stocked and putting orders through
  • Communicating with the customer service team regularly regarding styles that need to be restocked
  • Communicating with designers and pattern makers and relaying the appropriate information to suppliers

  • Technical understanding of garment construction and knowledge of fabrics

3. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT PRODUCER (Permanent, part-time)

Are you the Kim of your family? Have a whole lotta sass, a good flair for content creation and in the know of all things fashion and style? Are you THAT on top of social media and know so much about the Kardashians it’s borderline embarrassing? We want YOU!

We’re not looking for no basic candidate! We need a girl who knows her social media game like it’s her religion, is up to date with the latest trends, is addicted to online shopping and knows what it takes to make a girl shop! We need a girl who is intelligent, witty and can get sh*t done!

What will I be doing?

All the fun stuff! We will be basically paying you to have have the time of your life:

  • Creating killer content for our social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest and blog.
  • Assisting with PR and social influencer collaborations
  • Being the face of the brand on social media
  • Reporting to and working closely with the MESHKI creative and marketing teams

  • Have experience with Adobe Photoshop (to edit images for use across our social media channels)
  • Knowledge in making gifs and video editing is a distinct advantage

    4. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (Permanent, full-time)

    What will I be doing?

    Some of the key responsibilities of the role includes:

    • Executing an exceptional customer service strategy, ensuring SLAs are achieved
    • Being an ambassador for the brand, providing insight to the team and implementing the brand's tone of voice
    • Providing leadership for the team by inspiring them with the company's service vision, setting clear objectives, and motivating them to deliver the best level of service
    • Lead, coach and train the Customer Service Team Members
    • Assess daily/weekly service levels and quality of service; implement service improvement strategies
    • Act as final point of escalation for team for customer or IT related issues
    • Identify key areas of improvement and report to the directors to implement tailored policies, procedures, technical improvements and training programs to address those areas
    • Work with Real-Time Analyst to manage staffing plans to ensure capacity is met, taking into consideration on and off-peaks
