All parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if the carrier determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address. The carrier will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, MESHKI is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, MESHKI will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please note, MESHKI is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of MESHKI's control. MESHKI are not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilize an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, MESHKI cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, regretfully, we won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
