I was suggested to buy a medium but went with the small & it fit perfectly snug. I’m 5’7” and it hit the floor so I had to wear a heel. My measurements are 35” chest, 28.5” waist, 42” hips

The title fits perfectly.
The dress fit perfectly around my bust as well as my waist and hips. It displays my back in a nice way and the drape falls perfectly. The color is beautiful, however under my arms the fabric tightens a bit onto my skin. Even though the dress is ivory the fabric is not see through and is double layered.
