My chest is 35" and I'm usually like a 34D (just not super full) and the Medium fit me correctly. It was a smidge big, but I wore push up sticky boobs and it looked great. I wore it to a concert and I got SO many compliments. It has a grip at the top and bottom so it stays up which is nice. And there are pockets for cups if you want to add any in! I got the matching jeans/pants and it was such a great fit.
