How do I return or exchange?
If your MESHKI purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Please note, we don’t do direct exchanges!
Once our team received your return parcel, they will be more than happy to issue you an online credit note that never expires to purchase absolutely anything in our store, or the size you prefer. Can I make changes to my order?
Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout!
The item I want is out of stock. What now?
We usually stock pieces from our latest collection in a few weeks. So definitely sign up your email to be notified of a restock, and you shouldn’t miss out the next time.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
For most Australian orders, next working day delivery is eligible for most metro postcodes with Express delivery. Otherwise, with regular shipping, it can take 3-10 working days depending on your location. Read more about domestic delivery here. All our International orders are shipped out with Express. Especially for shipping to the US, Canada & New Zealand, it can only take 1-4 working days and is FREE for orders $200AUD or over. How can I track my shipment?
All going well, we endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order ASAP (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period). You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live.
Are there any additional taxes or charges when shipping outside of Australia?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

So sorry! We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.
Why does the item price change when I go to checkout?
You're able to browse through our store in your international currency - however, as we are an Australian store, the price will automatically convert to AUD when you get to checkout (and include your shipping fee if applicable). It does look like you're paying more, but it is simply just the most current exchange rate.
What does “pre-order” mean & how does it work?
Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method. .
I’m unsure about sizing?
Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange or credit no questions asked! Our full returns policy is here.

We do not offer lay-by, and we cannot put items on hold. However, we do have AfterPay available for Australian orders.
