Which payment methods do you accept?
MESHKI accepts most major credit cards.
You can also choose to checkout with PayPal Express. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to MESHKI.
MESHKI also offers Afterpay so you can buy now, pay later.
Can I use a discount code & a gift card?
Yes, you can use both a gift card and a discount code when placing an order.
Simply enter your gift card voucher and discount code separately into the designated section at the checkout.
Can I split my payment?
You can’t use multiple payment methods for a single transaction, except when you're combining a Credit Note or Gift Card with your main payment method. Got questions or need a hand? Our Customer Care Team is always here to help!
Do I need to pay taxes/duties?
Duties and taxes are implemented by government tax authorities. They are not issued by retailers, so they will vary between each country!
Tax refers to national taxes, VAT, or GST. This is a percentage of your item/s total order value.
Duties fees are government-controlled and are a fee based on the value of goods or in some locations a fixed amount based on the size of your order. MESHKI does not have any control over the amount of duties that can be applied.
These additional fees are not included on our website. So should your order be subjected to the above, these will be requested from you by DHL when the order has reached your country.
If you are unsure if this is something you will have to cover, we would encourage you to reach out to your local government to confirm before purchasing.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Treat someone special with the gift of choice from MESHKI! Our e-gift cards are available directly through our website in the following amounts: $25.00, $50.00, $80.00, $100.00, and $300.00.
Perfect for any occasion, these gift cards are delivered via email and come with easy-to-follow instructions for redemption at checkout. Plus, there are no additional processing fees.
How do I use a gift card?
To use your MESHKI gift card, simply enter it into the gift card section during checkout, before finalising your payment.
This will deduct any remaining value from your gift card to cover the cost of your order.
If the gift card does not cover the entire value, you can use any of our other approved payment methods to complete your order.
I lost my gift card
If you have misplaced your gift card, please contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll be happy to assist. We can resend the gift card to the email address associated with the voucher. Alternatively, if you’re logged into your account using the same email address linked to the gift card, you’ll also be able to view it in the Accounts section.
