The Dream Skirt For Summer!

As a student I tend to shy away from pricer items or wait for them to go on sale but this time I made an exception. I realized it's worth the price to buy a quality item (which it is). I'm 5'3 so it's a tad ling on me which is fine since I plan to wear it with heels anyways. Meshki has failed to disappoint me!
