The quality is amazing. The fabric is nice and thick, and beneath the top layer is a nude fabric lining that feels amazing. I am 5’8 and normally have issues finding pants and dresses that go past my ankles and this reaches the tops of my feet. So it’s tall girl friendly. I got a small and normally wear an xs or small in clothes and a 0 in jeans. If you are between sizes you could get away with sizing down as the garment has a bit of stretch.
