Dress runs true to size. I am a four and a small was just right. It runs very, very long so I had to have it altered. I am short (5’4”) and wore four in heels. Also I’m athletic so my shoulders and back made overall bust a bit tight but everything stayed put! You will need some body tape for sure. So many compliments!
