SENIOR MERCHANDISE PLANNER

In order to continue creating products with a high growth strategy in mind, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Merchandise Planner to join our Product team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Working with buying and Head of product to develop and implement a department strategy to drive sales and maximize profit.

  • Assisting with managing the core line cards to ensure maximum profitability
  • Reviewing in season and postseason performance, giving recommendations of areas to focus on, grow and decline
  • Ensuring system coding/ attributing is reflective of the range and gives insight into performance.

FASHION WAREHOUSE DISPATCH ASSISTANT

We are looking for positive, motivated and dedicated Warehouse Dispatch Assistants to join our growing team! Our Warehouse Assistants are responsible for making sure our customers get the perfect outfit in time for their event.

In order to create a consistent and aligned customer journey across multiple touchpoints regardless of their customer lifecycle positioning with us, we are in the search for a CRM Specialist who can support our expansion plans in key markets including direct communication with customers, as well as customer lifecycle management.   • Based on customer insights, building and developing customer cohorts and segments
  • Developing and executing an online CRM strategy that drive measurable results and customer engagement
  • Building segments and scheduling personalised email, push, SMS and in-app messaging for customers for each of our key markets
  • Managing email marketing, SMS, push and in-app messaging Quality Assurance process by ensuring the copy, images, and links are functional and effective
  • Tracking performance against established monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets for channels, collection launches and key markets

INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST

With influencer marketing at the heart of the brand, in order to continue our growth within the US market, we are currently in the search for a PR/Influencer Marketing Specialist who is an expert at all things PR and influencer marketing in order to grow our brand awareness in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identifying key strategic US based influencers to collaborate with that help elevate the brand and influence sales
  • Establishing and building relationships with key US influencers, negotiating rates and deliverables, arranging shipment of packages and coordinating posts
  • Ideation and strategising brand activations and events that support growth plans in the US
  • Working closely with the Australian PR and Influencer Marketing team to ensure efforts are consistent and aligned
