PRODUCTION MANAGER (FASHION)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting role within MESHKI’s incredible Production Team. Below is a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with off-shore factories regarding all stages of development and production
  • Full management of the critical path from purchase order stage, supporting logistic team ensuring we are achieving our sea freight targets and landing our product on time for its required collection
  • Supporting the product team throughout the critical path to ensure high quality delivery of garments
  • Coordinating with GT team on all aspects of QC
  • Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with all suppliers
  • Management of all packaging, swing tags and labels from development through to supplier instructions
  • Managing and approving all invoicing for bulk goods, providing the packing list to warehouse team and liaising with the finance and warehouse team
  • Manage all supplier feedback from the production team and resolve any issues that they may be facing across both sides
  • Undertake quarterly supplier wrap up reporting analysis that is to be presented back to the team with action points
  • Management of faulty products that come back into the business with assistance from QC, problem solving and communicating with the suppliers
  • Source and contact new suppliers within and outside of China, provide the findings to the head of buying and successfully manage onboarding all suppliers
  • Work alongside our CSR officer to ensure all our factories are compliant & meet all of MESHKI's requirements
  • Assisting creating and adjust the range timelines ensuring all major critical path dates are accurate and manageable.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A diploma or degree in Fashion
  • Ideal candidate would be fluent in Chinese and English
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Extensive experience managing the critical path
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience with successfully working with offshore suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment often with competing deadlines & priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and work harmoniously with a dynamic and creative team
  • A genuine interest for the brand

PRODUCTION & BUYING ASSISTANT

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting role within MESHKI’s incredible Production Team. Below is a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Administration support of the critical path document that is updated weekly to all suppliers
  • Admin support in approving supplier bulk invoices & photoshoot samples
  • Create a great relationship with the warehouse inbound team, and helping to resolve any issues that occur
  • Assistance within managing our labeling orders & development of them.
  • WFX supplier analysis reporting
  • Assisting the buying team with chasing suppliers and resolving issues
  • Assisting the PR and warehouse team to place the consumer orders, and ensure the order will be shipped on time.
  • Create and update the PR style delivery schedule to PR team
  • Update HS codes for the logistics & buying team
  • Chasing and recording the certificate for PO’s made from sustainable fabrics rom the suppliers.
  • Working closely with the buying team: PO admin, chasing of deliveries, changing dates, updating cost prices
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers when chasing samples, fabrics, lab dips etc for the team.
  • Use sales reporting to analyse customer trends i.e. likes, dislikes, top sellers etc.
  • Helping within critical path meetings and working closely with the production manager to ensure all dates are updated and new POs sent to suppliers.
  • Provide assistance to the design team i.e. updating range plan, fit slides, sample management in studio, preparation for fit sessions.
  • Support Production Manager when required i.e. liaising with DHL to send out goods to suppliers, checking production emails, barcode checking, sending samples to the Warehouse.
  • Help the buyer ensure other parts of the business (marketing/PR etc) are up to date with what’s going on with new collections and reorders. Managing the company collection overview docs on a weekly basis
  • Raising Purchase orders.
  • Comp shopping.
  • Filing system for fabrics/Lds by collection

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and demonstrate good time management.
  • Fully competent using Microsoft excel & powerpoint
  • A passion for learning and a proactive mindset.
  • Previous exposure to the retail business is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail

We are looking for positive, motivated and dedicated Warehouse Dispatch Assistants (Christmas Casual Position) to join our growing team! Our Warehouse Assistants are responsible for making sure our customers get the perfect outfit in time for their event.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our Brand and Social Media Specialist whose efforts work across both social media and public relations teams, in particular a focus to the TikTok channel.

As an extension of our Brand and Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the work of MESHKI’s brand presence in multiple areas of TikTok, social media, content and public relations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

SOCIAL

  • Ideating and supporting social media strategy to meet commercial needs of the business
  • Support styling for TikTok content
  • Assist with community management across TikTok on a daily and weekly basis
  • Passionate, familiar and excited about TikTok trends and ideas
  • Taking behind the scenes content at campaign, ecommerce and content shoots
  • Creating content independently in different scenarios (in-house, photoshoots, events, activations)
  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting on the results and performance of the content created on social channels
  • Editing TikTok content to meet the needs of our social media strategy
  • Responsible for daily posting across the brand TikTok page
  • Copywriting for TikTok video captions

PR

  • Build relationships with influencers and assist with gaining social media coverage and placements
  • Support in ideation, research and brainstorming for events and activations
  • Assist with MESHKI HQ showroom prep for influencer activations, showings and visits
  • Supporting influencer collaborations through outreach and send outs
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or in similar industry.
  • A genuine love for the brand
  • Passionate about the nuances of TikTok, Social Media, Content and Influencer
  • A valid driver's license and available car
  • Experience creating content for social media channels
  • Exceptional people skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with models, team members, influencers, external stakeholders and our online community
  • Confidence in speaking and being in front of the camera for TikTok content
  • Able to communicate to team members, models and influencers in a relatable, energetic and charismatic manner that is a true reflection of the MESHKI brand
  • A positive attitude and a self-starter
